Athar begins commercially in the GCC, where evidence routinely moves between Arabic and English, local and international sources, and multiple naming conventions. That makes bilingual identity and evidence handling a starting requirement, not a later localization project.

The same organization or individual may appear under multiple scripts, transliterations, legal names, trade names or aliases. Athar is designed to keep those variants connected to one entity while preserving how each source actually names it.
Regional depth without a regional boundary
Athar is a global product launching from the GCC. Regional sources, naming practices and legal context matter because evidence has context. The same principle applies as investigations extend into other jurisdictions.
Language depth follows real evidence flows
Athar does not claim equal depth across every language or jurisdiction today. Additional capability will be developed where real investigations, customer requirements and source environments demand it.
